Theme: Storytelling Meets Strategy – Turning Values into Visual Narratives
360 One approached us with a unique challenge: How do we make their employees truly understand and internalize their five core pillars? These included:
- Digital Mindset – Embracing technology and reducing manual work
- Turnaround Time – Delivering within agreed timelines
- First Time Right – Executing tasks flawlessly from the start
- Service Recovery – Quickly recovering from service lapses and ensuring client satisfaction
- Customization – Tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs
With 120 participants and only 3 hours, they sought an experiential learning activity that would be engaging, immersive, and drive deep reflection on these values.
We introduced Comic-on-Value, an interactive storytelling experience where teams created their own comics inspired by 360 One’s core pillars.
Engaging the Participants:
Each team was provided with a templated comic book, Polaroid cameras, props, costumes, and stickers to bring their stories to life. Participants took on character roles, captured moments through photos, and designed compelling storylines that reflected the organization’s values.
Structured Creativity with a Challenge:
- Teams were assigned one of the five pillars as their central theme.
- Using real-life workplace scenarios, they crafted engaging plots, dialogues, and visuals that showcased how these values drive success.
- Time constraints added an element of urgency, simulating real-world decision-making.
Presentation & Awards:
Each team presented their comic on stage, bringing humour, creativity, and insight to their stories. The workshop concluded with awards for Best Storyline, Best Artwork, and Best Comic Book to recognize their creativity and execution.
High Engagement & Active Participation – The hands-on format kept all 120 participants actively involved, ensuring a deep connection to the core values.
Values Internalized Through Storytelling – By making themselves the characters, employees were able to relate to and personalize the five pillars in an impactful way.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Teams worked across functions, strengthening communication, problem-solving, and creativity.
Memorable Learning Experience – Unlike a standard training session, the comics became keepsakes, allowing participants to revisit the lessons long after the workshop ended.
In just 3 hours, 360 One’s employees didn’t just understand their organizational values—they LIVED them through a powerful and engaging experience!
