Teams will have access to all the painting equipment they need. They must also ensure that they are aligned with other teams so that the larger image is coherent.

In the finale, when each of the teams brings their individual canvases together to form a big picture, the applause and cheering happen in large measure as everyone realizes the power of collective efforts.
